F3C 2nd tri-annual instructions

There's been some confusion in the submission process for the F3C 2nd tri-annual. There is a detailed image with instructions on the F3C home page of the website to alleviate any problems, but here are the instructions.

You do not have to resize your images

You do not have to rename your images

You must know where your images are stored on your computer 

1. Login with the username and password you used when registering.

2. Review the instructions located on the home page by clicking on the picture to enlarge it.

3. Click on the class you are uploading your pictures to: Class A color, Class B Color, Class A Mono, Class B Mono

4. Click on "upload image" 

5. You will see an exact replica of the instruction page

6. Click on the box next to "image name" and type your entry

7. Then Click in the large box titled "image description"

8. On the first line enter your name and hit return

9. Then enter your club name 

10. Go to the bottom of the page and "Browse" to find the image on your desktop. Once you've located your image hit submit. You can only submit one image at a  time.

11. Go back and repeat steps 6-10 for each image you submit.

If you are entering images in two different classes I.E. two in Class A color and two in Class A Mono  you must go back to the gallery page and select the appropriate class.

This may seem a little daunting but once you have done it, it becomes a piece of cake. I hope this clarifies the process.

Remember the entry period ends on June 1, 2012.
